Rules not followed!

It is very hard to play a game when the rules keep changing. If I have a card in my hand with an additional wild card, I should be able to pick it up but the game says I need two cards in my hand. The wild card counts, so I should be able to pick it up. This happens so often that I cant plan how to play the game. It might let me pick up or it might not. Dumb!!! And very, very frustrating. If its not fixed in the next update, Im going to dump the game. I dont play these games to be frustrated. Theyre supposed to relax me....
