Partner has severe mental handicap

I love canasta however even though this app is well done is terms of graphics, the actual game play is treacherous. For starter the opposing team always gets the threes. Black and red they always have ALL of them except maybe every 20 games I will start with a black one. What makes me despise this app is the computer parter it makes you play with. He will discard needed cards and slap down wilds on already needed canastas. Another big problem is the partner will "ask to go out" and on many occasions I say no and he goes out anyways.
